I had Jeremiah come out to inspect my garage, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He corrected a misalignment, got the tension cable back on track, and found multiple missing and misplaced bolts and screws that needed to be addressed. He also took the time to point out several flaws from the original builder’s work. Rather than properly addressing the underlying issues, it appeared that they had continued making minor fixes as problems came up, leaving the overall system more prone to bigger issues down the road, which is now… As someone with an engineering background, I was able to follow along with his explanations for the most part, and I agreed with his assessment.
