Best Estimates, Very pleasant to deal with. Made everything as easy as possible working with me every step of the way from every detail of the doors we wanted. So appreciated! I recommend 100%
I had Jeremiah come out to inspect my garage, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He corrected a misalignment, got the tension cable back on track, and found multiple missing and misplaced bolts and screws that needed to be addressed. He also took the time to point out several flaws from the original builder’s work. Rather than properly addressing the underlying issues, it appeared that they had continued making minor fixes as problems came up, leaving the overall system more prone to bigger issues down the road, which is now… As someone with an engineering background, I was able to follow along with his explanations for the most part, and I agreed with his assessment. I was extremely happy with Jeremiah’s service. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than simply putting a temporary fix in place. I’ll definitely be contacting Jeremiah again for any future garage issues and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for someone they can trust.
I had an excellent experience with this garage door company. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were professional from start to finish. The technician explained everything clearly, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality garage door service!
Absolute legend! Completely saved me from getting a new door. No one would touch my Chinese imported door but he fixed it no problem. Absolute life saver
I completed the online form on Labor Day and didn't expect to hear anything until after the holiday. Got a call Labor Day morning and Jeremiah was at my house that afternoon to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable and he even made mention of another issue I was going to ask him about anyway, so we set an appointment for the repairs to be done the next day. That Tuesday he ran into an issue and thought he would be a little late, so he called me to update me on the situation. He arrived within 15 minutes of the originally scheduled time, made the required repair and, now my garage door is operating perfectly. I highly recommend Next Gen Garage Door Services.
